Cancellation Policy
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. Last minute cancellations or „no - show" clients will be charged extra 30% cancellation fee to be able to reschedule their appointment for another date, unless replacement is found. First time clients are required to pay 30% deposit of the cost of their booking upfront. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in procedure not being completed in full. Arriving over 15mins late will result in additional 10€ charge or cancellation of your appointment if over 30mins - rescheduling will require 30% extra charge.
